how to play.

1. Drop a comment with one or more of your muses. It can be empty if you want me to make a scenario, or you can toss one at me. If you want to just give me a prompt (a word, song, lyric, picture, phrase, anything), I can riff off that too. I make no promises for logic, especially if I don't know the canon.

2. In the subject line, you can specify any of my muses you might want to play with, or you can ask me to pick someone. No muses are off-limits! If the character has no icons yet, I will find icons. Or you can make me pick.

3. just rp with me. if something jives really well, maybe we can continue it in another one of these later, sort of like a super casual verse. if it doesn't, it doesn't.

They would not! [Arya says indignantly. She's trained a lot already with a normal sword. The light ones aren't much lighter than Needle, though the weight's all different since it's just the handle. She's pretty sure she could manage, though.] Not unless I meant it, I mean.

[ she's so scandalized spike, oh my god. you're incorrigible. she can't take you anywhere. and why are you even here to begin with? ] You wanna kill your own kind recreationally, fine. Gross, traitorous, but fine. Do it on your own time, and keep it out of my house.

[Well, if something had attacked Spike, he'd like to see it dead.] It can't attack her now. You should be pleased. I didn't have to fight it.

[slay]

Pleased? Pleased that you decided to invite yourself into my job, my life, and my house? No, Spike. I am not pleased.

[bigbad]

[...he should have gone the poetry route.] Well, you invited me into your house. Couldn't get in otherwise.

Once. I invited you in once. That's not a standing welcome. That is a zero welcome.

[She hasn't uninvited him. By vampire rules, that's a freaking welcome mat. But he doesn't point it out. He doesn't want her to start thinking about it.]

Wasn't for me, a lot more innocent people would be dead. Doesn't that get me any credit?

[slay]

You killed this demon so you could take the credit? [ she stares, incredulous. ] ... You're obscene. [ she shakes her head, dismissing it and look exasperated. ] Get out of here. Take your stupid demon corpse, and get out. I don't want to see it, and I don't want my sister seeing it.

[bigbad]

[Now he does look a little hurt.] Fine. Kill your own bloody demons then, Slayer. Better hope the next one doesn't eat the niblet while I'm busy not killing it.

[slay]

I've made it this long without you trying to help. I can protect my sister without you intervening. [ she turns away from him in a huff, but doesn't head back inside. she's waiting until he gets off her porch with his dead demon. ]

[bigbad]

[He starts lugging it away, disappointed in how well that didn't go.] You know, if you weren't too busy giving me crap over killing one of your enemies, you'd realise having me help would just keep her more safe.

[slay]

Nothing you do is help, Spike. [ she shakes her head, disgusted, and watches him drag it a bit away, then turns to head back inside. ridiculous. ]

Well, yeah. It's not for everyone, obviously. I'm biased, though; mine is like an extension of my arm at this point.

You'd probably have to get used to it.

And how exactly is that supposed to make me think better of her, pray tell?

[ cersei's face turns sour as she gulps down some of her wine -- which really shouldn't even be able to be called such, given that it's so low quality it's a crime to even serve it to peasants, though that's neither here nor there. slowly enough that it gives her time to compose herself, she lowers it back down to the bar, glowering at him evenly. ]

Much as it may explain your countless shortcomings, I fail to see what could have possibly led you to believe I had any interest at all in the recounting of your misfortunes.

[derpbending]

You'd think that but... [He catches the rock on the back of one hand, lets it roll up the arm and across his shoulders before it rolls up his other arm and goes flying high into the air. And now that he's got time to boast...]

[He pauses for a second, a blank look coming across his face instead of continuing on with the phony "you live with a firebender you learn to take the heat" speech he was preparing.]

Wait... do you have a firebender for a brother?

[And because of that momentary lapse of concentration that rock that was in the air? Yep, not in the air so much anymore. It's more on the ground now... after bonking Bolin on the head.

After yelping in pain he growls and stomps the rock down into the ground with one big movement and rubs his head vigorously.]

Immunity to rocks not withstanding.

I just wanted to tell you that whole incest thing... I can relate. Sort of. [A beat.] Well, admittedly, I didn't want it.

[conspiratory]

Ah. A thrilling attempt at camaraderie. However misplaced. [ she raises her glass to him with a tight-lipped expression, draining the glass entirely now. it had a lot left, too, but spike just ... really drives her to drink. ]

[Oh, Bolin. She smirks a little at his clumsiness.] No firebender brothers. Just firebender past lives. [She walks over and offers him a hand up.]

Oh, yeah! Avatar stuff.

[He takes the hand gladly and picks himself up. He'll probably never wash that hand again but for now he's playing it smooth... only because the thought hasn't occurred to him that THEY TOUCHED.

He smiles sheepishly once he's up and is quiet for a second as he lets his eyes wander around their surroundings.]

So, uh, how are things between you and Mako anyway?
