how to play.

1. Drop a comment with one or more of your muses. It can be empty if you want me to make a scenario, or you can toss one at me. If you want to just give me a prompt (a word, song, lyric, picture, phrase, anything), I can riff off that too. I make no promises for logic, especially if I don't know the canon.

2. In the subject line, you can specify any of my muses you might want to play with, or you can ask me to pick someone. No muses are off-limits! If the character has no icons yet, I will find icons. Or you can make me pick.

3. just rp with me. if something jives really well, maybe we can continue it in another one of these later, sort of like a super casual verse. if it doesn't, it doesn't.

[Korra's hanging out in Gotham! Who knows why. Maybe Alfred's part of the White Lotus club and they sent an SOS that got her here. She is not particularly pleased to be here, though. She should be training for her pro-bending tournament. But whatever.

She's slouched on the back of her polar bear dog, hanging out on a rooftop with Batgirl as they stake out an old, abandoned theme park. Korra doesn't particularly like the whole "stake out" thing. She prefers just bursting in and knocking heads together.]

How bad can this Joker guy be anyway? What's his power, lame puns?

[ the memory happens just like the actual event did: a sharp, short painful blast that seems to turn everything white.

she shakes it off. she has to. if she can't even handle the idea of this, then who knows what will happen when she actually sees him. ]

He's insane. [ it's said simply, even if it seems obvious. korra has no idea just how much power it gives the guy. ] I wouldn't put much of anything past him.

That's why he's dangerous.

[Korra's too busy being a sulky teen to notice Batgirl's ptsd. So she just shrugs, leaning forward on Naga's back.] So he's unpredictable, whatever. I am too.

[She frowns.] Plans are great, but there's got to be room for improvisation.

You'll get plenty of chances for that, where Joker's involved. [ with that, she leaps off the roof, onto the next building ]

Hey, wait! We're going now? [Stupid, uncommunicative superheroes. Korra rolls her eyes and urges Naga forward. Naga leaps the gap easily and trots up to Batgirl.]

Did you think we were going to maybe wait for him to invite us in?

I thought maybe he'd come out. [She dismounts, one hand on Naga's shoulder.] This is the building, right? Want me to make a door? [She shifts into an earthbending stance.]
