Random-Ass Open RP
how to play.
1. Drop a comment with one or more of your muses. It can be empty if you want me to make a scenario, or you can toss one at me. If you want to just give me a prompt (a word, song, lyric, picture, phrase, anything), I can riff off that too. I make no promises for logic, especially if I don't know the canon.
2. In the subject line, you can specify any of my muses you might want to play with, or you can ask me to pick someone. No muses are off-limits! If the character has no icons yet, I will find icons. Or you can make me pick.
3. just rp with me. if something jives really well, maybe we can continue it in another one of these later, sort of like a super casual verse. if it doesn't, it doesn't.

she knows she's lost her sense of reason when she begins to grind herself against him, undulating like a cat in heat. and it feels stupidly natural to be like this with him, like it's some old pattern when really it was just the one night.
the kiss grows hotter and she finally breaks to bite at his lower lip, rough and demanding. she should break away now. get up and run and never look back. but instead she raises herself just slightly, hair cascading around her face in heavy curls, and stares intensely down at him, green eyes dark. lips swollen and bruised from the kiss. breath uneven. she hesitates. ]

He rubs his knuckles along the base of her spine, trying to decide what to do now. Kiss her again? He said he wouldn't, but his word's not exactly as good as gold. Especially here when he said it because he knew she'd react like that if he could just get her to start touching him. He could smell how turned on she was, and he was pretty sure she could feel how turned on he was.
He reached up and cupped her face, running his thumb over her swollen lips before leaning up again to kiss her almost chastely.]

she returned the kiss anyway, with surprising softness. it's cautious and exploratory and she's sinking slowly into him and drowning before she even realizes it. the kiss doesn't stay chaste long, growing deeper, full of parted lips, pants of breath, and sticky saliva. her body's humming, responding to him eagerly.
with riley, it's good. they fit together nicely, he's gorgeous, and strong, and warm. he takes care of her. he treats her tenderly. and the sex is good. satisfying. athletic, even.
with spike it's more than that. it's magnetism against her better judgment. he pushes her beyond her limits and drags her down with him into the dank.
she plants her hands on either side of his face, then pushes them back into his hair, grabbing at curls, tugging lightly and groaning into his mouth as her her big skanky grindfest draws her attention to the growing hardness beneath her. ]

He breaks away from her lips, but he doesn't go far. He presses sloppy kisses to her jawbone, moving his way down her neck, running his tongue over the faint marks from where he bit her last time.]

she plants her hand on his chest and shoves him down hard into the grass and straightens up, drawing away. her eyes lock on his, dark and wild and ragged around the edges with an animalistic kind of desire that frightens her. her lips are parted from the heavy breaths she's taking, lips slowly chapping in the cool air. ]
No biting. [ not no doing this. just no biting. in that moment, she truly hates herself. the hand against his chest balls up, grabbing a fistful of his shirt and dragging him up to a sitting position so she can kiss him with renewed fervor. she breaks away after a moment. ] Not here. Someone will--[ she hurries the words out. ] Someone'll see.

Also, crap, he doesn't want her having second thoughts, second thoughts are bad.]
Riley isn't here. Riley isn't the one who just got your panties so sodden, I'm surprised you're still standing. [He steps in again, fingers brushing her hips.] I could take care of it for you...

No! [ she deflates. ] You got your kiss. I did what you asked, now just--Go. Please. [ toward the end there, the plea becomes genuine rather than a barked, defensive order. ]

All right.

What are you doing? [ it answers a lot of things. why spike infuriates her the way he does. he's never fit nicely into the box that she has to put vampires in to kill as many as she does without flinching. they're evil. unconscionably, unquestionably. soul makes for potential not evil. makes for not with the slaying. spike's ... more complicated. he comes in and messes it all up. and he's not how a vampire is supposed to act at all and it makes her wildly uncomfortable and so far out of her comfort zone. ]

Then he's over it. That's how he was with Drusilla. Never with Buffy, who he hates. Vicious, bloody shagging sessions that leave both of them raw and aching for weeks, that's what he wants with Buffy. It's better. Less emotionally fulfilling, maybe, but what does William the Bloody care for emotions? He wants the fire. Why else would he shag his nemesis?
And yet, he smiles at her. No reason to be mean when they're not shagging, he tells himself, though he's not quite sure why he'd want to be nice. Maybe if he's nice, she'll be more interested in coming back. Girls like nice guys, right? Except he thinks back to when he was bloody nice and how bloody Cecily thought that he was beneath her. No. Girls don't like it when guys are nice. That's not the way to win her heart. Not that he even wants her heart.
The smile twists into a smirk.] Go on, then. Keep pretending.

[ she tucks her chin, glancing down, then away, then turning her body to follow the line of her head and about faces to start walking away from him. she saw that smile. and she felt his gentleness and she doesn't really understand what to make of it. it's frightening and mollifying all at once.
all too happy to pretend she'd never seen that, that she'd only seen the smirk, that he didn't have the capacity for anything else because it made things simpler. more straightforward. the less gray area, the more sense it all made, and spike had already been firmly stuck in gray area courtesy of that chip and his weird deal-striking.
but if he ever got that chip out ... she couldn't go through that. not again. chip couldn't blur the line. he still wanted to be evil, he was just ... tethered. and she was convenient as long as he was, because it was the most damage he could do. her hand reached up as she walked away and rubbed over her neck, thoughtful and distracted. over where he'd bitten her. ]
